On April 7, 2011, the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (DOBI) issued Bulletin 11-07 to inform all real estate licensees in New Jersey that as of April 5, 2011, DOBI has delayed issuing paper licenses as they are upgrading their systems in anticipation of the new referral license category taking effect on July 1, 2011.
This delay affects all paper license renewals, applications for initial licensure, transfers, reinstatements, names, changes, etc.
